Things that have happened/are getting ready to happen in my life:
-I got a job interview at Georgetown Veterinary Hospital! I mean, I would be cleaning up doggy poo, but animals are nice.
-I have volunteer training at the SPCA directly after my job interview. Saturday is a day filled with dogs.
-I might be hanging out with Louie on Sunday. I love her, don't get me wrong, but I have two exams to study for that night. Guh.
-I spent five hours at Panera yesterday studying for sociology with this girl in my class, and we ended up talking about how prostitution should be legalized and how frustrating it is when people think your reproductive system shuts down when you are gay.
-I will spend probably more than five hours at Mudhouse today studying for psychology.
-I babysat two little girls at the shelter last night, and they were THE CUTEST EVER. One of them drew a picture of her and me standing next to a talking balloon.
-I found the single most perfect apartment for next year. It's cheap, it has hardwood floors and exposed brick walls, and it is right off campus. GUH GUGHGHGHGH.
-I booked our hotel in Philly, and my mom made a map of all the neighborhoods we should avoid. Ha.

LIZ FELDMAN WAS JUST ON THE TODAY SHOW (which is fantastic!)
BUT THEY WERE SO. MEAN. TO HER (which is just awful)
I don't understand how you could ever be rude to Liz. She is perfect. |

Things I have done today:
- had breakfast at Bodo's and coffee at Mudhouse with Enya this morning. Discussed winter break/Richmond.
-had a pretty legitimate panic attack in the car about my exams coming up in the next couple of weeks.
-went to French class, took the oral portion of my final. Learned that I can, indeed, convincingly discuss the pros and cons of euthanasia in French.
-came home and made a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. Yum.
-took the dishes out of the dishwasher for my grandmother.
-spent all afternoon doing corrections on four different French essays.
-applied to two jobs, one of which I wouldn't accept even if I were offered.
Today has been productive, but goodness has it flown by. I feel as if I've done nothing worth noting today, at least after 10 am.

( an as-of-yet out-of-order road trip playlist. )Opinions? Suggestions? I appreciate both.
Things I am feeling great about right now:
-school. I just turned in my sociology paper, and I turned in my psych project yesterday.
-ROSMY. But then, I always feel good about ROSMY.
-my social life. I have managed to crawl out from under the blanket, at least for last week. I saw three different people! Sheesh!
-therapy. I really think I have found the most magnificent therapist in town. Really, she's fantastic.
Things I am feeling not-so-hot about right now:
-the current state of my immune system. Lots o' sneezes. Jack, I'm going to kill you.
-college applications. Eep!
In general, the pros outweigh the cons.
